Booking
Your reservation is booked when you receive a confirmation email.
One week before you visit us, you will receive a new confirmation email, which you must accept within 24 hours to keep your reservation.
Cancellation
You can cancel your booking or make changes up to 72 hours in advance.
If your booking is for over five people, you can cancel your booking or make changes up to one week in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee of 2.300 DKK per person.
